388 Records to be kept undertaking at a workplace is authorised under regulation 384 to use, handle or store a prohibited carcinogen or restricted carcinogen at the workplace. (2) The person must: (a) record the full name, date of birth and address of each worker likely to be exposed to the prohibited carcinogen or restricted carcinogen during the period of authorisation; and (b) keep a copy of each authorisation given to the person including any conditions imposed on the authorisation.
