365 Stopping use and disposing of handling systems (1) This regulation applies to a system used at a workplace for the use, handling or storage of hazardous chemicals if a person conducting a business or undertaking at the workplace intends that the system no longer be used for the use, handling or storage of the hazardous chemicals or be disposed of. Work Health and Safety (National Uniform Legislation) Regulations 2011 282 the system is free of the hazardous chemicals when the system stops being used for the use, handling or storage of the hazardous chemicals or is disposed of. (3) If it is not reasonably practicable to remove the hazardous chemicals from the system, the person must correctly label the system.
