322 Refusal to issue or replace card The regulator may refuse to issue a general construction induction training card or a replacement general construction induction training card if satisfied that the applicant: (a) gave information that was false or misleading in a material (b) failed to give information that should have been given; or Work Health and Safety (National Uniform Legislation) Regulations 2011 242 (c) produced a general construction induction training certification that had been obtained on the basis of the giving of false or misleading information by any person or body.
