314 Further health and safety duties – specific regulations The principal contractor for a construction project must put in place arrangements for ensuring compliance at the workplace with the (a) Part 3.2, Division 2; (b) Part 3.2, Division 3; (c) Part 3.2, Division 4; (d) Part 3.2, Division 5; (e) Part 3.2, Division 7; (f) Part 3.2, Division 8; (g) Part 3.2, Division 9; (h) Part 3.2, Division 10; (i) Part 4.4. Notes for regulation 314 2 All persons conducting a business or undertaking at the construction project workplace have these same duties (see Part 3.2 of these Regulations and section 19 of the Act). Section 16 of the Act provides for situations in which more than 1 person has the same duty.
