307 Application of Part 6.4 This Part: (a) applies in relation to a construction project; and (b) imposes duties on the principal contractor for the project that are additional to the duties imposed under Part 6.3. Note for regulation 307 As a principal contractor has management or control of a workplace, the principal contractor is also subject to duties imposed by the Act and these Regulations on a person with management or control of a workplace.
