277 Application for renewal (1) An application for renewal of a registration of an item of plant must be made in the manner and form required by the regulator. (b) any evidence of identity required by the regulator; business name, that business name and a certificate or other (d) the registration number of the item of plant; Work Health and Safety (National Uniform Legislation) Regulations 2011 209 (e) a declaration that the item of plant has been maintained, inspected and tested in accordance with regulation 213. (4) The application must be made before the expiry of the registration.
