257 Refusal of registration – process (1) If the regulator proposes to refuse to grant a registration, the Work Health and Safety (National Uniform Legislation) Regulations 2011 199 proposed refusal to grant the registration – consider that whether to grant or refuse to grant the registration; and Note for regulation 257 A refusal to grant a registration is a reviewable decision (see regulation 676).
