198 Information to be obtained and provided by supplier A supplier of plant must: (a) take all reasonable steps to obtain the information required to be provided by the manufacturer under section 23(4)(a) and (c) of the Act and these Regulations; and Division 5 Duties of persons conducting businesses or undertakings that supply plant Work Health and Safety (National Uniform Legislation) Regulations 2011 154 (b) ensure that, when the plant is supplied, the person to whom the plant is supplied is given the information obtained by the supplier under paragraph (a).
