293 Application made before commencement (1) If an application has been made under section 50 of the old WHS Act for a person to be appointed as an authorised union OH&S representative but, as at commencement, has not been determined, the application must be considered and determined under the old WHS Act as if that Act had not been repealed. (2) If the person to whom the application relates is appointed, section 292 of this Act applies from the date of appointment.
