289 Disqualification of person as health and safety representative If a disqualification under section 37(3) of the old WHS Act is in force immediately before commencement, on commencement the Work Health and Safety (National Uniform Legislation) Act 2011 148 disqualification becomes a disqualification under section 65(3) of this Act on the same terms (including as to duration) as those on which it was granted under the old WHS Act.
