149 Return of WHS entry permits (1) The person to whom a WHS entry permit is issued must return the permit to the regulator within 14 days of any of the following things happening: (a) the permit is revoked or suspended; (b) the permit expires. Maximum penalty: $2 000. Work Health and Safety (National Uniform Legislation) Act 2011 86 (2) After the end of a period of suspension of a WHS entry permit, the regulator must return the WHS entry permit to the person to whom it was issued if: (a) the person, or the person's union, applies to the regulator for the return of the permit; and (b) the permit has not expired.
