For the WHS (MPS) Act, section 18(3)(d), the persons who hold tertiary qualifications in one or more of the following areas are prescribed as a class of persons—
(a) engineering,
(b) occupational health and safety,
(c) law,
(d) policing,
(e) regulatory studies.
