73 Immunity from liability
> For the avoidance of doubt, the following persons are persons engaged in the administration of this Act and the WHS Act for the purposes of section 270 of the WHS Act—

> > (a) a member of the Mine Safety Advisory Council,
>
> > (b) a member of the Mining and Petroleum Competence Board,
>
> > (c) a person who constitutes a Board of Inquiry,
>
> > (d) an assessor sitting with a Board of Inquiry,
>
> > (e) an industry safety and health representative.
