#### 59 Report by Board of Inquiry 59 Report by Board of Inquiry > > (1) A Board of Inquiry must, within the period required by the Minister, prepare and provide to the Minister a report as to its findings in accordance with its terms of reference. > > > (2) A Board of Inquiry may, if it is of the opinion that it is in the public interest to do so, recommend in its report that some or all of the report should not be made public. > > > (3) The Minister is to table a report in each House of Parliament within 28 days after being provided with the report. > > > (4) Subsection (3) does not apply to a report or any part of a report that a Board of Inquiry has recommended should not be made public.
