#### 54 Entry on land for purposes of carrying out order 54 Entry on land for purposes of carrying out order > A person may enter and remain on any land and may carry out works on the land if— > > > (a) the person is carrying out the works in accordance with a stop work order, and > > > (b) the person is the subject of the order or is a person carrying out the requirements of the order on behalf of that person or on behalf of the regulator, and > > > (c) the occupier of the land has been given reasonable notice of the proposed entry to the land.
