Tasmania regulation
These regulations amend the Work Health and Safety Regulations 2022 to incorporate changes relating to engineered stone and commence on 1 July 2024. The amendments have been integrated into the authorised version of the Principal Regulations and were notified in the Gazette on 26 June 2024.
They operate within the framework of the WHS Regulations and therefore apply to the persons and activities covered by that regulatory regime. The instrument is administered by the Department of Justice.
