39A Person conducting business or undertaking and person with management or control of workplace to notify each other of notifiable incidents (1) A person with a duty under section 38 must, immediately after becoming aware of the notifiable incident activating the duty, ensure a person with a corresponding duty under section 39 is notified of the incident. (2) A person with a duty under section 39 must, immediately after becoming aware of the notifiable incident activating the duty, ensure a person with a corresponding duty under section 38 is notified of the incident.
