242 Offence to fail to comply with order (1) A person must not, without reasonable excuse, fail to comply with an order under this division. (2) Subsection (1) places an evidential burden on the defendant to show (3) This section does not apply to an order or injunction under— (a) section 239 (Release on the giving of a court-ordered WHS undertaking); or (b) section 240 (Injunctions).
