156 Appointment of inspectors The regulator may appoint any of the following as an inspector: (a) a public servant; (b) an employee of a public authority; (c) the holder of a statutory office; (d) a person who is appointed as an inspector under a corresponding WHS law; (e) a person in a prescribed class of persons.
