153 Powers of regulator
Without limiting section 152, the regulator has all the powers and
functions that an inspector has under this Act.
Note A provision of a law that gives a function to an entity also gives the entity
the powers necessary and convenient to exercise the function (see the
Legislation Act, s 196).
