149 Return of WHS entry permits
(1) The person to whom a WHS entry permit is issued must return the
permit to the regulator within 14 days of any of the following things
happening:
(a) the permit is revoked or suspended;
(b) the permit expires.
Maximum penalty: WHS civil penalty provision tier 4.
(2) After the end of a period of suspension of a WHS entry permit, the
regulator must return the WHS entry permit to the person to whom it
was issued if—
(a) the person, or the person’s union, applies to the regulator for the
return of the permit; and
(b) the permit has not expired.
