130 WHS entry permit-holder not required to disclose names of workers (1) A WHS entry permit-holder is not required to disclose to the relevant person conducting a business or undertaking, or the person with management or control of the workplace, the name of any worker at the workplace. (2) A WHS entry permit-holder who wishes to disclose to the relevant person conducting a business or undertaking, or the person with management or control of the workplace, the name of any worker may only do so with the consent of the worker.
