61 Limits on amounts of compensation
(1) For the purposes of section 72TL of the Act, the amount payable by the Commonwealth in respect of a claim by a person against the Commonwealth for loss or damage suffered in the Woomera Prohibited Area is limited to $2 million. (2) Subsection (1) does not apply to loss or damage resulting in death or personal injury.
