60 Information to be included in register

If the holder of a permit incurs demerit points in relation to an offence against section 72TG of the Act, the Secretary must record in the register in relation to the holder: (a) the number of demerit points specified in subsection 50(2) in relation to the offence; and (b) the date the offence was committed; and (c) the kind of permit in relation to which the demerit points are incurred; and (d) if the infringement notice in respect of which the demerit points were incurred is withdrawn—the fact that the demerit points are taken never to have been incurred.
