39 Requests for Minister’s permission
(1) A person may request the Minister to give written permission for the person to be at places in the Woomera Prohibited Area for a specified purpose. (2) Unless the Minister agrees otherwise, the request must be made in writing. (3) The Minister must include contact details for delegates on the Department’s website.
