22 Application for renewal
(1) The holder of a permit (the applicant) may apply to the Minister for renewal of the permit. (2) The application must: (a) be in the form approved by the Minister; and (b) include the information required by the form; and (c) be accompanied by any documents required by the form; and (d) be signed by the applicant; and (e) be lodged: (i) not earlier than 12 months before the permit expires; and (ii) at least 60 business days before the permit expires; and (iii) at a place, or by a means, specified in the form. These are the permit renewal application requirements. (3) The applicant may apply under subsection (1) even if the permit is suspended at the time the application is made.
