14 Registration under Part 5B.1 of the Corporations Law
(1) At the conversion time, ASIC is taken to have registered Wool International under section 601BD of the Corporations Law: (a) as a public company limited by shares; and (b) with the name “WoolStock Australia Limited”. (2) ASIC must issue a certificate and ACN under section 601BD of the Corporations Law in respect of the registration. The date of registration is to be the day on which the conversion time occurred.
