#### 37 Authorisation of approved authorities 37 Authorisation of approved authorities > The Minister, by notice published in the Gazette, may authorise an approved authority to exercise functions conferred on the Commissioner of Police under this Act for the purposes of any arrangement entered into by the Commissioner under section 36 or the corresponding provision of a complementary witness protection law.
