> Sections 5D, 20D and 20E of the [Evidence (Audio and Audio Visual Links) Act 1998](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1998-105) apply to a relevant proceeding in which a protected witness gives evidence by means of audio visual link under this Part in the same way as they apply to proceedings before a NSW court in which evidence is given by means of audio visual link under that Act.
