19A Identity records held by interstate entities

19A Identity records held by interstate entities

(1) This section applies if—

(a) an interstate entity holds an identity record of a participant, and

(b) there is a risk of the identity record linking the participant’s previous identity and new identity.

(2) The Commissioner of Police may ask the interstate entity to do the following—

(a) remove the identity record,

(b) create a new identity record in the participant’s new identity.
