9N Misuse of assumed identity An authorised person must not intentionally, knowingly or recklessly acquire evidence of, or use, an assumed identity covered by his or her authority if he or she knows that, or is reckless as to whether, the acquisition or use is not in accordance with— (a) his or her authority; or (b) the directions of his or her supervisor under the authority.
