71 of 1954

Collection

legislative instrument

Plain English Summary

1/10 complexity

This instrument is a housekeeping repeal: it removes two outdated rule sets governing Australia’s overseas wine-marketing operations — one on staff employment and administration, the other on fees and expenses — that had been repeatedly amended since the 1930s–1950s. It’s a cleanup, not a policy change: the old regulations are withdrawn, but it does not create or describe any replacement rules.
