63 Application of this Division
This Division sets out the procedure to be followed if: (a) the Registrar of Trade Marks receives an objection in relation to a proposed item on a ground that is set out in section 62; and (b) the objection is received within the period stated in the notice published under section 61 in relation to the proposed item.
