5 Grape product
For the purposes of paragraph (d) of the definition of grape product in subsection 4(1) of the Act, a product is a grape product for the purposes of the Act if: (a) it includes wine; and (b) it is derived in whole or in part from prescribed goods; and (c) a standard, within the meaning of the Food Standards Australia New Zealand Act 1991, applies to it.
