12 Authority may request information from licensee

(1) The Authority may request the following kinds of information from a licensee: (a) information in respect of the licensee in relation to a matter mentioned in subsection 9(3); (b) information about the export, or intended export, of grape products by the licensee; (c) information relevant to calculation of the wine export charge payable by the licensee. (2) The request must: (a) be made in writing; and (b) identify the information required; and (c) state the date by which the licensee must give the information to the Authority.
