4AA Expressions defined in the Primary Industries Levies and Charges Disbursement Act 2024
For the purposes of this Act, work out what are the following under the definitions in Part 1 of the Primary Industries Levies and Charges Disbursement Act 2024: (a) designated primary industry sector in relation to the Authority; (b) research and development; (c) research and development activity.
Note: The definitions in that Act apply, in part, in relation to a statutory recipient body, which includes the Authority.
