40ZAH Administrative Review Tribunal review of a determination

(1) Application may be made to the Administrative Review Tribunal for review of the determination made under section 40ZAF. (2) Despite section 18 of the Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024, an application to the Tribunal for review of a determination under section 40ZAF of this Act must be made within 28 days after notice of the determination is published in accordance with section 40ZAG of this Act. (3) Despite section 19 of the Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024, an application to the Tribunal to extend the period during which an applicant may apply to the Tribunal in respect of a determination under section 40ZAF must be made within 28 days after notice of the determination is published in accordance with section 40ZAG of this Act.
