The Presiding Member of the Committee must cause: (a) a notice to be given of the Committee’s determination to the applicant (if any); and (b) if the determination made is to omit the Australian GI from the Register—a notice setting out the terms of the determination to be published in the manner that the Committee thinks appropriate.
