40ZA Registrar
(1) There is to be a Registrar of Protected Geographical Indications and Other Terms. (2) The Registrar is to be an employee of the Authority. (3) The Authority must ensure that, at all times when the person appointed as Registrar is absent from duty or from Australia or is, for any other reason, unable to perform the duties of the Registrar, another employee is appointed to act as Registrar.
