40Q Power of Committee to determine geographical indications
(1) The Committee may, either on its own initiative or on an application made to it in accordance with section 40R, determine a geographical indication in relation to a region or locality in Australia. (2) A determination by the Committee is to be in writing signed by the Presiding Member of the Committee.
