39ZB Identity cards
(1) The principal employee may cause an identity card to be issued to an inspector. (2) An identity card must: (a) contain a recent photograph of the inspector to whom it is issued; and (b) be in a form approved by the Authority. (3) An inspector whose appointment ceases must, as soon as practicable, return his or her identity card to the Authority.
Penalty: 1 penalty unit.
(4) An offence under subsection (3) is an offence of strict liability.
