29Y Conduct of annual general meeting

(1) An annual general meeting may be attended by: (a) the directors of the Authority; (b) eligible producers for the year in which the meeting is held; (c) persons invited by the Authority to attend the meeting; and (d) such members of the staff of the Authority as the Chair determines to be appropriate having regard to the business of the meeting. (2) The Chair shall preside at an annual general meeting at which he or she is present. (3) The Authority shall cause a record to be kept of the proceedings of an annual general meeting of the grape industry and the wine industry.
