27X Presiding at meetings
(1) The Presiding Member of the Authority Selection Committee presides at all meetings at which he or she is present. (2) If the Presiding Member of the Authority Selection Committee is not present at a meeting, the members of the Authority Selection Committee present must appoint one of themselves to preside.
