35 Execution of a will made under this Division

[Section 35 Amended by No. 18 of 2021, s. 363, Applied:05 Nov 2021] If the Tribunal makes an order authorising the making of a will for any person, a will executed under that order is to be –

(a) [Section 35 Amended by No. 18 of 2021, s. 363, Applied:05 Nov 2021] signed by the President or Deputy President of the Tribunal in the presence of 2 or more witnesses present at the same time; and

(b) attested and subscribed by those witnesses in the presence of the President or Deputy President.
