33 Wills in possession of legal aid commission
(1) This section applies to a will in the possession of the legal aid
commission that was made with legal assistance provided by the legal
aid commission.
(2) The legal aid commission may—
(a) deposit the will with the public trustee and guardian; and
(b) give the public trustee and guardian identifying information
about the will.
(3) The legal aid commission must keep records of any will deposited
with the public trustee and guardian, including the date it was
deposited.
(4) In this section:
identifying information, about a will—see section 32 (4).
