16C Hearing of application for leave
(1) On hearing an application for leave the Supreme Court may—
(a) give leave and allow the application for leave to proceed as an
application for an order under section 16A (Court may authorise
will to be made, altered or revoked for person without
testamentary capacity); and
(b) if satisfied of the matters set out in section 16E (Court must be
satisfied about certain matters), make the order.
(2) Without limiting the action the Supreme Court may take in hearing
an application for leave, the court may revise the terms of any draft
of the proposed will, alteration or revocation for which the court’s
approval is sought.
