15F Certain requirements to be treated as formal
If a law in force outside the ACT is to be applied in relation to a will,

observed only by testators included in a particular class of testators,
or that certain qualifications are to be possessed by witnesses to the
making of a will, shall, for this part, be taken to be a formal
requirement only.
