14 Will not voided by incompetence of witness
The validity of a will that has been executed in accordance with the
provisions of this part is not affected by reason that a person who
subscribed the will as a witness was, at the time of the execution of
the will, incompetent to be admitted as a witness to prove the
execution of the will or became so incompetent at any time after the
execution of the will.
