(1) This clause applies to the following land in Zone R2 Low Density Residential—

(a) the following land at 103 Archer Street and 3–21 Malvern Avenue, Chatswood—

(iii) Lot 2, DP 101905,

(iv) Lot 2, DP 310160,

(v) Lots 3 and 4, DP 313131,

(vi) Lots A and B, DP 394859,

(vii) Lots A and B, DP 418863,

(b) the following land at 2–32 and 9–11 Havilah Street, Chatswood—

(i) Lots 45–48 and 52–60, DP 3372,

(ii) Lot 1, DP 105814,

(iii) Lot 1, DP 510937,

(iv) Lots 11 and 12, DP 1048214,

(v) Lots 20 and 21, DP 1144618.

(2) Development for the purposes of health consulting rooms and office premises is permitted with development consent.
