97 Wildlife processor licences—wildlife must be captive-bred
It is a condition of any wildlife processor licence that the licence holder must ensure that the wildlife that is being processed under the licence has been—
(a) bred in captivity; or
(b) taken in accordance with the Act or a relevant law of another State or a Territory of the Commonwealth.
